Our Team

Carolyn Maze
With an illustrious background in TV and digital media at a senior commercial level, including BSkyB and the Associated Press, Carolyn founded The Maze Organisation after years of witnessing her son struggle with anxiety. The intense pressure and resulting anxiety that he felt at school was taking a toll on his mental health and scholastic achievement, so she opted to develop a bespoke curriculum that incorporated a social, and emotional support program and chose homeschooling for a while. By removing the social anxieties he had been experiencing, providing him tailored academic support and teaching him the tools to manage his anxiety and regulate his emotions, he began to thrive.
Carolyn believes passionately that everyone should have access to educational excellence, emotional and wellbeing support, regardless of their background. The MazeOrg Charity is the vehicle through which she hopes to contribute to supporting those who could really benefit from this tailored approach and creating safe pathways to learning, healing and growth in the UK.

George Stuby
George Stuby is a psychologist (MSc Psychology), certified music therapist, and professional musician whose work sits at the intersection of clinical practice, nervous system science, and music.
Currently training in Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté, George specialises in trauma-informed approaches to emotional regulation, drawing on somatic therapy, breathwork, and polyvagal theory to help individuals understand and manage the physiological roots of stress, anxiety, and fear. His sessions create safe, embodied experiences that go beyond talk-based approaches — meeting people where words often can't reach.
What makes George's approach distinctive is his integration of live, bespoke music into therapeutic practice. A performing musician who has played at Glastonbury, Burning Man, and other international stages, George uses sound, rhythm, voice, and vocal expression as tools for nervous system regulation, creating experiences that build trust, encourage openness, and support lasting change.
